Qu’est-ce qui fait encore la force d’un réseau d’indépendants sur un marché aussi concentré ?
La force d’un réseau d’indépendants, c’est précisément son indépendance, à condition qu’elle soit organisée et collective. Nos adhérents restent maîtres de leur entreprise, proches de leurs clients et capables de décider rapidement. Mais ils ne sont jamais seuls : le réseau leur apporte des outils, des accords commerciaux, de l’accompagnement et surtout une vraie solidarité. C’est cette alliance entre la force du collectif et l’autonomie de chacun qui fait, depuis plus de vingt ans, l’identité du CEDIV.

Comment la valeur du voyage, thème de cette édition, se traduit-elle dans le quotidien des agences que vous fédérez ?
La valeur du voyage ne se résume pas à son prix. Elle repose sur la qualité du conseil, le temps consacré au client, la connaissance des destinations, la sélection des partenaires et la capacité à être présent lorsqu’un imprévu survient. Le conseil d’un agent de voyages n’est pas accessoire : il fait pleinement partie du voyage.

Que dit la reprise d’agences Univairmer par des adhérents du réseau de la capacité des indépendants à agir collectivement ?
Cette reprise démontre que les indépendants savent agir vite, prendre leurs responsabilités et se mobiliser lorsqu’un enjeu dépasse leur propre entreprise. Dans le cadre de cette opération, cinq adhérents du CEDIV se sont engagés pour reprendre dix agences.

Disparu en avril 2026, Pierre Amalou a accompagné le CEDIV depuis ses débuts. Adriana Minchella lui a rendu hommage lors de la dernière convention du réseau : « Je retiens bien sûr le professionnel et le visionnaire, mais aussi l’homme fidèle, généreux et profondément attaché à l’aventure humaine du CEDIV. »

What still makes an independent network strong in such a concentrated market?
The strength of an independent network is precisely its independence, provided it is organised and collective. Our members remain in charge of their own business, close to their customers and able to make quick decisions. But they are never alone: the network gives them tools, commercial agreements, support and, above all, genuine solidarity. This alliance between the strength of the collective and the autonomy of each member is what has defined CEDIV’s identity for more than twenty years.

How does the value of travel, the theme of this edition, translate into the daily life of the agencies you bring together?
The value of travel cannot be reduced to its price. It rests on the quality of advice, the time devoted to the customer, knowledge of destinations, the selection of partners and the ability to be there when the unexpected happens. A travel agent’s advice is not an add-on: it is fully part of the journey.

What does the takeover of Univairmer agencies by members of the network say about independents’ ability to act collectively?
This takeover shows that independents know how to act fast, take responsibility and mobilise when what is at stake goes beyond their own business. As part of this operation, five CEDIV members committed to taking over ten agencies.
